That questioning led me to yoga and meditation and eventually to India (as cliché as it may sound) where I spent six months in the Himalayas learning that meditation isn't about emptying your mind – it's about befriending it. I sat with monks who laughed more than anyone I'd ever met, and I realized that enlightenment and joy aren't opposites; they're dance partners. When I came back, I thought I'd figured it out. I threw myself back into fashion, this time with Tory Burch, thinking I could integrate what I'd learned into the corporate world.

Growing up in New York, I always felt like I was collecting pieces of myself from everywhere I went. At Duke, studying Cultural Studies and African & African-American Studies taught me to question the stories we tell ourselves about who gets to matter and why. Those deep conversations about power, identity, and what it means to be human? They planted seeds that are still growing today.
I've always been the person who sees possibility where others see problems, and magic where others see mundane. Maybe it's because I learned early on that the most interesting stories happen when you're willing to look a little deeper, ask better questions, and occasionally laugh at the beautiful mystery of it all.

Then came fashion, where I learned that creating something beautiful in the world is part art, part business, and part pure faith that people will connect with what you're putting out there. Working with the visionary founders of Juicy Couture, I discovered my superpower: I could see the bridge between someone's wildest creative dream and the practical steps to make it real.
Bridging dreams and reality
What I discovered is that magic happens in the spaces between people – when you find those kindred spirits who share your vision and aren't afraid to dream big together. Some of my proudest moments weren't the awards or the sales figures – they were those breakthrough brainstorming sessions when we'd crack the code on how to bottle optimism or capture rebellion in a scent and an ad campaign.

But here's what they don't tell you about success: it can feel surprisingly hollow if you're not connected to your own truth. Right in the middle of my fashion career, I found myself asking those deep questions that probably sound familiar:
Is this really what I'm meant to be doing? What would fulfillment actually look like?
Blending business and being
Blending business and being
And for a while, it worked beautifully. I spent another decade with Tory Burch, helping build something extraordinary through genuine collaboration with a passionate founder, brilliant creatives, and teams who believed in something bigger than themselves. But there was always this part of me that knew I was meant for something different. The India experience hadn't been a detour – it was a preview of who I was becoming.
Becoming a coach felt like coming home to myself. Getting my ICF credentials at Brown University and training at the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute gave me the tools, but my real training has been in the messiness of my own becoming.

Method to
my magic
I've learned that we're all walking around with multiple parts of ourselves – like how one part wants pizza while another insists on sushi, but they're both absolutely you – and instead of trying to silence them, what if we could get them to work together? My IFS-informed approach helps clients develop curiosity and compassion for all their parts while cultivating Self-leadership.
Strength in sensitivity

As an empath, I feel things deeply, maybe too deeply sometimes. But I've learned that sensitivity isn't a flaw; it's a feature. It helps me sense what's not being said, to feel into the spaces between words where the real truth lives. When I work with clients, I bring all of me – the business strategist who knows how to make things happen, the meditation teacher who understands the power of presence, and the human being who's still figuring it out just like everyone else.
My
impact
Trusting your truth
My philosophy is simple: we are all experts in our own respective lives, and with increased awareness, we can make more conscious choices that create greater fulfillment. You already have everything you need inside you. You're not broken and you don't need fixing. This holds true whether I'm sitting with an individual navigating their next chapter, partnering with founders to align their vision with their team's reality, or helping organizations create cultures where everyone's authentic contribution can flourish. But sometimes we all need someone to sit with us in the beautiful complexity of being human and remind us that we're allowed to want what we want, to feel what we feel, and to trust our own inner knowing.

I believe in approaching our deepest work with both reverence and lightness. Life is profound and it's also ridiculous, and somehow holding both of those truths at once is where the magic happens. Whether we're exploring your relationship with your inner manager (mine rolls his eyes a lot and still thinks I should have been in finance), untangling patterns that no longer serve you, building a business or designing a life that actually fits who you're becoming, we're going to laugh, we're going to go deep, and you're going to remember things about yourself you might have forgotten.
Because here's what I know for sure: you're not just the person seeking the answer. You're also the answer itself, waiting to be discovered.
These days, you can find me between New York City and East Hampton with my husband Ed and our long-haired chihuahua Steve, who serves as a daily reminder that unconditional love and excellent napping are perhaps life's greatest spiritual practices.

We moved from the more sterile professional development conversations to the deeper ‘who are you as a person’ questions. After working together for so long, I've come to recognize that there is such a thin line between me as a person and as a professional. Being able to seamlessly integrate my full self has required thoughtfulness from both of us and made a special space for me to grow.

It did not feel cheesy or new age-y. It felt powerful and important. If it had been too much, he would have lost me. But he effectively wove it in, and it connected me, holistically.
